Borinquen Restaurant & Pizzeria has been a proud part of the Poinciana, Florida community since 2003. Founded by Daniel Hernandez, Borinquen was built on a passion for authentic Latin flavors, family traditions, and serving food that brings people together.
In 2025, following Daniel’s passing, his legacy continues through his son, Steven Hernandez, and nephew, Dennis Peralta, who now carry on the family tradition with the same dedication and love that started it all.
As a family-owned and operated restaurant, Borinquen remains committed to quality, consistency, and the community that has supported us for over two decades.
